Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We accept orders of just 1 piece, all the way up to bulk corporate orders of thousands. Whether you need a single jacket repaired or 500 uniforms for your company, we'll take care of it with the same attention to quality.

2. How long does it take to get my order done?

It depends on how urgent you need it:

  • 24-hour Express — ready the next day

  • Weekend Urgent — production over the weekend

  • 3 Working Days

  • 5 Working Days

  • Standard / Regular — more than 5 working days

Most first-time customers are surprised at how fast we can turn things around. Just let us know your deadline and we'll recommend the best option for you.

3. What's is embroidery ?

Embroidery stitches your design directly onto the fabric using thread. It looks raised, textured, and premium, perfect for polo shirts, caps, and corporate uniforms that need to last through years of washing.

4. What file format should I send my logo or design in?

The clearer your file, the better your result. We accept:

  • Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) - ideal, especially for embroidery

  • High-resolution images (PNG) - at least 300dpi

5. What is digitising?

Digitising is the process of converting your design or logo into a special stitch file that embroidery machines can read and follow. Our team carefully maps out the stitch type, direction, and density for every part of your design, so it translates beautifully from a flat image into a textured, professional embroidered piece.

The good news? You don't need to do any of this yourself, our team handles the digitising for every order, so all you need to do is send us your design and leave the technical work to us.

6. What is the 1-time digitising fee?

The 1-time digitising fee is a small, once-off charge for converting your design into the stitch file mentioned above. It only applies the very first time we digitise a particular design for you.

Once your design has been digitised, we keep the file safely on record. This means every reorder of the same design after that, even months or years later, will not incur the digitising fee again, only the cost of the actual embroidery itself. It's a one-time investment that pays off the moment you reorder.

7. What is monogramming?

Monogramming is a classic style of personalisation with ready fonts available in the embroidery system, where your name or initials, usually two or three words are embroidered onto an item, often in an elegant script or block font. It's commonly used on towels, robes, shirts, and bags as a simple, timeless personal touch.

Unlike a full logo or design, monogramming is simple and budget-friendly, making it a popular choice for gifts, weddings, and personal items like the towels we offer.

8. I don't have a design yet, can you still quote me?

To proceed with a quote, we will need a proper image or photo of the design (hand-drawn sketches are not accepted). This lets us assess size, stitch complexity, and placement accurately, so the price we give you is correct from the start, with no surprises later. Once we have your image, our team will guide you on sizing, placement, and suitability to make sure the final result looks professional.

9. Can you work on my hand-drawn artwork?

We're only able to accept high-resolution digital artwork for embroidery. Hand-drawn pieces, even if scanned or photographed, aren't something we can work with directly.

If you have a hand-drawn idea you'd like to bring to life, the best next step is to have it recreated as a digital file first. Feel free to check with our team if you need guidance on getting started.

10. Can you help me embroider an image I downloaded from the internet?

Yes, we can work with an image you've found online, but please note a few important conditions:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the image is not copyrighted. You will be fully accountable should any copyright issue arise.

  • Any image with an obvious copyrighted logo (e.g. branded or trademarked logos) will not be entertained.

  • The image must be of high resolution, low-quality downloads will affect the clarity of the final embroidery.

If you're ever unsure whether an image is safe to use, feel free to check with our team before submitting it.

11. What items can you embroider or print on?

We work on a wide range of items, including:

  • Corporate uniforms & polo shirts

  • T-shirts and jackets

  • Caps and bags

  • Event and promotional apparel

  • Personalised gifts and name patches

If you have a specific item in mind, just ask, chances are, we can do it.

12. Can I provide my own garments, or do I have to get them from you?

Either way works for us! Like many of our customers, you're welcome to provide your own garments for us to embroider on.

Don't have any on hand? No problem, we carry Polo shirts and T-shirts that you can get directly from us, so you can get everything sorted in one place without the extra hassle of sourcing garments elsewhere.

13. How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the design size, stitch count, fabric type, and quantity ordered. Because every order is different, we provide a free, no-obligation quote once we see your design and quantity, so you'll always know the exact cost upfront before committing. You may refer to the price guide in Pricing.

14. What payment methods do you accept?

We've made payment simple and flexible. You can pay via:

  • PayNow

  • PayLah!

  • Fast Transfer

Prefer to pay by credit card? That's available too via Tap & Pay, with a small handling charge of 3.9% of the total payable amount. Just let us know your preferred method when confirming your order.

15. Can I see a sample before committing to a bulk order?

For larger or corporate orders, we can produce a stitch-out sample on a cut fabric or digital mock-up first so you can confirm the look, placement, and colours before we proceed with full production. This way, there are no surprises when your full order arrives.

16. Will the embroidery or print fade or come off after washing?

We use professional-grade embroidery machines, quality threads (colour fast upto 80 dergees celsius), and proven techniques to ensure your design stays sharp, vibrant, and intact wash after wash. Embroidery in particular is known for being one of the most durable decoration methods available.

17. Do I need to visit your shop, or can I order online/remotely?
